Probe runs server-side, no caching. p95 SLA is 1.2s for the REST and GraphQL endpoints; sustained latency above that flags as degraded.

Per-subsystem uptime is calculated over the last 90 days from the uptime-heartbeat cron (sampled every 5 minutes). A degraded sample counts as up; outage counts as down; unknown is excluded.
